What is simply?
Simply is an innovative (the first of it’s kind) store organizing system based on the Cloud through your browser. It requires no setup.
I have no computer skills, will I make it?
Simply is designed in a way that requires no prior computer skills in order for you to use it. It is a fact that most Simply users had no computer skills before starting using our program. You can always sign up for a free Simply trial and you will find that out yourself.
Who will set it up for me?
Simply does not require a setup, you just login to the application and everything is working without you needing to do anything else.
Is it necessary to connect Simply to the cash register?
No. You do not have to connect it to your cash register. Simply can run autonomously. In case you want to have automated receipt printing, you can connect it to the cash register.
Is my data safe on the Cloud?
It couldn’t be safer. Your data is stored on the top Microsoft Azure infrastructure with bank safety specifications. Even if your computer breaks down, your data is safe.
Do you provide third party companies with info about my sales and products?
We don’t. All your data is yours, we do not have access to it, we don’t process them and we do not share it with anyone. In case you terminate your subscription, your data is completely erased from our servers.
I am currently using another software, can I transfer my data to Simply?
Of course you can. In most cases and provided that the kind of software you use allows it we can transfer your inventory, your customers and your vendors to Simply. Ask a Simply representative for all the possibilities there are available to you to transfer your data.
Can I create invoices through Simply.
Yes. Simply is able to publish invoices and allows you to monitor clientele tabs.
My store is located in a remote place. How can I get Simply?
It is really simple. You can pick one of our payment plans through the app menu (Account Activation). If you need on-site support you can rely on our resellers network. Feel free to ask us.
I am in need of a full system. Do you offer equipment aswell?
We can provide you with the equipment needed for a full POS system: Simply software, Barcode Scanner, Cash register. Cash drawer and label printer. Ask a representative for all the available choices.
Is it necessary that I manually add all my products?
No. Most standard products exist in the Simply SCS database (Simply Catalogue Services). Of course you can add products that don’t have a Barcode. You just put a product in front of your barcode scanner and all the product info get auto-updated. In any case you can edit that info.
I have more than one stores, can Simply help me?
Simply helps businesses with 1 or even 101 stores. In our multiple store programs you have the option of a shared product database (with different inventory in each store), shared customer database and a customer loyalty system plus combined reports and statistics. Feel free to ask for a free presentation of our multi store packages and you will be amazed.
Which cash registers are compatible with Simply?
Simply can be combined with many modern cash register models. You will find a short list below with some of those. If you already own a model that is not on the list you can always ask us so we can explore compatibility options. In case that your cash register doesn’t have any connectivity options we can provide you with a compatible model at a cut down price.
