Users and Roles

From this sub-menu we can create accounts for the employees of the store and assign them different user roles. These are predefined sets of using rights which we can define from the Roles button. Through those roles we can provide or limit the rights of each user by making use of a wide variety of choices. You can have as many user roles as you want so that you can totally control who has access to what.

On every user you can define system’s language, basic info (name, surname, phone number, e-mail), his role plus his connection info to the system (Password, pin code). You can also limit the stores that he has access to in case that you have a multistore account.
